Agreement Policy

This Agreement Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the terms of use for the website vldparts-oil.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), as well as the rights and obligations of users who make purchases or use other services provided through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement Policy, as well as any other policies that may be published on the Site.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Site is owned by LLC "VLD-GRUP" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
1.2. This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer") and the Seller, governing the use of the Site and the provision of services.

2. Using the Site

2.1. The User has the right to browse information on the Site, make purchases, and take other actions in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
2.2. The User agrees not to use the Site for illegal purposes, not to infringe on the rights of others, and not to violate the laws of Ukraine.

3. Registration on the Site

3.1. To make purchases, the User may register a personal account on the Site.
3.2. During registration, the User agrees to provide accurate and current information. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences resulting from incorrect information.

4. Order Placement Process

4.1. The User can place an order for goods through the Site by selecting items and adding them to the cart.
4.2. After placing an order, the User will receive a confirmation of the order acceptance.
4.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the item is out of stock or due to other force majeure circumstances.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. The prices of goods are listed on the Site in Ukrainian Hryvnias, US Dollars, and Euros. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5.2. The Buyer can make payment by one of the methods offered by the Seller: bank transfer with VAT, bank transfer without VAT, cash on delivery, or cash payment.

6. Goods Delivery

6.1. Goods are delivered by transport companies listed on the Site.
6.2. The cost and time of delivery depend on the chosen delivery method and delivery region.
6.3. The risk of damage or loss of goods is transferred to the Buyer upon transfer of goods to the carrier.

7. Return of Goods

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided the goods have not been used and retain their commercial appearance.
7.2. To return goods, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase and a corresponding request.

8. Personal Data

8.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
8.2. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

9.1. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, providing the goods as described on the Site.
9.2. The Buyer agrees to make timely payment for the goods and to adhere to the terms of this Agreement Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
10.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be subject to consideration in court under the laws of Ukraine.

This Agreement Policy is binding on all users of the Site.
